Seafood casserole

Seafood casserole is a dish that will surely appeal to those who love shrimps, crabs, mussels and other sea dwellers. Most importantly, this dish is also very simple to prepare. Ideal for visiting guests!

Casserole ingredients:

– 20 dag of boiled shrimps
– 20 dag of boiled mussels (without shells)
– 20 dag of fresh white mushrooms
– 2 large eggs
– 1 medium-sized carrot
– 25 dag of whole wheat pasta
– 20 dag of canned crab meat
– 2 tbsp olive oil or oil
– 3-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
– marjoram, parsley, thyme, pepper, basil

Method of preparation:

Boil pasta (preferably brown, whole grain) and drain. Previously wash the mushrooms, cut them finely and fry on olive oil. It is enough to soak mushrooms in salty water – then you do not have to peel them. Mix the pasta thoroughly with the eggs and then with the seafood, mushrooms, carrots and the spices indicated above. Put everything into a greased baking tin, sprinkle with grated or finely shredded cheese and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven. Before serving the meal, sprinkle a little parsley or basil for flavor.
