The same applies to vegetables and fruit, which should be eaten raw by pregnant women, providing plenty of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and E, as well as folic acid, which is so important in the first months of pregnancy, and which has an impact on the correct development of the neural tube in the foetus. Women in the blessed state should also not forget about dairy products, which are a very good source of calcium, which affects the proper development of bones in the child. You should also ensure proper hydration by drinking about 2 liters of fluids a day, preferably mineral water. All these recommendations will allow you to properly maintain the pregnancy, so that in a few months you can enjoy the birth of your desired, and above all healthy child.
