Women in the blessed state should also not forget about dairy products, which are a very good source of calcium, which affects the proper development of bones in the child. You should also ensure proper hydration by drinking about 2 liters of fluids a day, preferably mineral water. All these recommendations will allow you to properly maintain the pregnancy, so that in a few months you can enjoy the birth of your desired, and above all healthy child.
