What you need to prepare tomato soup? You can get all the ingredients at your local market. This will include: 500-600 g of tomatoes (fresh or canned) , 80 g of onions , 20 g of butter , Italian vegetables , 2 liters of water , 250 g of cream and spices.

How to prepare the soup?

Cleaned vegetables Pour boiling water and cook. Rinse tomatoes, cut together with onion, cook in small amount of water with butter. Tomatoes, if fresh should be rubbed through a sieve, combine with stock, and then boil. Then set aside, add cream, season to taste as you like. Serve with country noodles or brown rice.
